Refund and Returns Policy

1. Ready-Made Products
We accept returns or exchanges for ready-made abayas and female clothing under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days from the delivery date
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included
- The item is not damaged, stained, washed, or altered
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund or exchange process will begin.
2. Customized & Tailor-Made Products
Due to the nature of customized and tailor-made abayas and clothing:
- Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Orders cannot be canceled once production or tailoring has started
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization details
However, returns or corrections may be accepted if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The delivered product differs significantly from the confirmed order details
- There is an error caused by our team
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on:
- Payment provider policies
- Bank processing times
- Technical or administrative procedures
Shipping fees and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose:
- Another available product
- Store credit
- Refund approval (if applicable)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Description of the issue
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or tailor-made products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Washed or altered items
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
7. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Incorrect item sent
- Manufacturing defect
- Damage caused during delivery
