1. Ready-Made Products

We accept returns or exchanges for ready-made abayas and female clothing under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days from the delivery date
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included
  • The item is not damaged, stained, washed, or altered

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund or exchange process will begin.


2. Customized & Tailor-Made Products

Due to the nature of customized and tailor-made abayas and clothing:

  • Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production or tailoring has started
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization details

However, returns or corrections may be accepted if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The delivered product differs significantly from the confirmed order details
  • There is an error caused by our team

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

  • Payment provider policies
  • Bank processing times
  • Technical or administrative procedures

Shipping fees and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose:

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
